Complaint Form - Missouri Office of Child Advocate

The Office of Child Advocate (OCA) provides an avenue through which citizens are able to obtain an independent and impartial review of disputed decisions, actions, and inactions regarding any child involved in a child abuse or neglect hotline or case management. To begin an OCA review on a foster care case management, unsubstantiated child abuse or neglect report or fatality please complete the complaint form as completely as possible. You will have the opportunity to upload any additional documents as needed prior to submission. Your complaint submission will be reviewed in a timely manner by OCA. You will be notified by email if a review will be conducted. If you have any questions, please call our toll-free number: 866-457-2302 or email us at oca@oca.mo.gov.

The Office of Child Advocate is not an emergency intervention service. If immediate action is needed or to report suspected child abuse or neglect, call the Missouri Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline: 1-800-392-3738. IF this is an emergency, please call 911 or your local law enforcement agency.
